Hi Lisa
I don't know how anyone manages to cope with CH and children.
Only today I decided that I will not have any kids because of this.

Here is my suggestion. It will be hard to do with the little one ( maybe when she's older).
When yournot having an attack prepare them for when you get one. Play doctors with dolls and show them how they have to try to be quiet because the doll's head hurts.
Teach them how to put ice on the doll's head and praise them when they do it right. You might need to do this a lot for it to work. Let them know that sometimes mummy will want to be the sick dolly.
Then when you get an attack you can hopefully have some quiet children. Let them think its fun to nurse you. I don't know it the six yr old is a boy or a girl. Get them a nurses/ doctors uniform.
It's worth a shot. If you want children to do something or behave in a certain way, you need to prepare them, let them know what's expected and repeat it over and over.

Good luck

Jayne
