When I am in the cycle of clusters, I have had bright sun light, or heat trigger
them. I have never tried oxygen or imitrex to treat them. Currently I am on
cafergot and lortab. The Lortab is to deal with the pain, similar to vicodin. The
cafergot, if taken early enough, seems to abort the cluster. But, if I wake up at
2am in full episode, I have to take the Lortab, or even elavil.
