My very good friend, Linda B did a very courageous thing today, unbeknown to me,she called my pharmacist. She talked with him 20 minutes and explained how we CH people are. What it is like when we are having this non-stop pain. What we need from the doctors and pharmacists, in support and medicine. We are not druggy's looking for drugs, just relief from sometimes years of daily suffering. He admitted he knew nothing about cluster headaches and has agreed to look up this site and do some research. Of course we all know this is the best place to find any material about CH. Right? Any way, I was in a great deal of pain yesterday and very upset that my pharmacist called my doctor. I still think that is crossing the line. But IF it results in him being more knowledgeable about this terrible illness, then good. His efforts of visiting this site and educating himself, show he is a professional. I apologize for losing my temper earlier with him .
