I'm a cafergot user and I live with constant cold feet and hands while I'm taking the stuff. It, like Imitrex, is a vasocontrictor. Be careful! A friend of mine was also a cafergot user. He woke up one morning with his toes turning black from the lack of circulation. Took him to the hospital and managed to save his toes but it was close.
