300mg per day only during the episodes.My level was tested and maintained and when I figured out how to use O2 I stopped taking them. I may go back though because this year they are hitting way too hard and too early in the day.900 seems like a lot considering you take them every day.My doctor was very concerned about the specific level of lithium in me.Too much of a good thing?I don't know what they do but they are cheap and seem to work. I'd love to hear more too.
