Nausea not all that common from what I know with respect to Cluster headaches,but it does occur. i've experienced it myself. There are many med possibilities to help and try to prevent/abort attacks besides the codeine tylenol. Talk with a neurologist in the field who is very familiar with cluster headaches. As far as the sharp jabbing pains,unfortunately we clusterheads know these all to well. Unfortunately,welcome to the club.
