Lithium has been a God-send for me. It has worked for my last two cycles. Have had some minor side effects, but nothing that I can't handle. I took 600 mg. a day for 3 months, then weened myself off of it. I was told by my pharmacist not to stop "cold turkey", but to gradually reduce my intake of it. Worked out well. Only took one day for the lithium to take effect. Did not have a ch while on it for the next 3 months. Took no other meds for ch except the lithium, although always had Imitrex injections available "just in case". Never had to use the Imitrex while on the lithium.
