Certain meds I take (Ercaf tabs, DHE and sometimes Cafagot) cause nausea, but the headaches don't. Usually Pheneragan (Rx) or Dramamine (OTC) will stop that. Take it before you take the meds. But it can make you drowsy.
Sorry you're in the club, but with clusters this is about the only place to be.
