If someone is calling you to chew you out about another patient's meds, etc. the first thing they would do probably would be to say it's none of your business and hang up, but apparently this guy really was concerned for Claudette's well being and listened to Linda B. I applaud hilm for thaking the time to listen to Linda and agreeing to visit the web site to learn more.
