I am nearsighted and wear glasses. Didn't start wearing them until about 4 years after my first ch episode. I just started wearing contacts some this winter, and the first ha hit after I had gone to sleep (a daytime nap) with contacts in. I have wondered if they were related. Since this episode started I have worn the contacts two days, and both of them were rough (3-4 daytime ha's on top of the 3 nightly). Needless to say I won't be wearing them again until this episode ends. Today is day 19 and I "only" had 3 ha's yesterday. May be on the downswing?
