In the height of my cycle I can expect attacks at 7:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 10:30 PM, and 2:30 AM. I don't get all seven attacks every day, but the three I usually get occur at exactly one of those times. Pretty weird. The spookiest is the 5:30 PM headache. It's not long after I get home from work, and I normally go for the oxygen tank as soon as I feel it coming. Part of my oxygen ritual is to set my wrist alarm for 15 minutes later right after I turn the valve on, in case the headache goes away and I fall asleep. I once did this three evenings in a row, and did not have to reset my alarm by even one minute -- the recurrence was that regular!
Anyway, join me in the mid-morning CH's pal, 10:30 is pretty common for me.
