i use 8 to 10 l/m. it sometimes works in as little as 10 mins, but not always. once i found out 02 worked well for me, i made sure i always had two tanks. i often get the ha's at night, and its easy to drift off to sleep with the 02 running. then i'd wake up later with an empty tank, and a ha. it won't happen again!
