I think from my experience that one shouild stick with the treatment that seems to work best for them. I know one doctor years ago had me on bellergal for about two weeks telling me to hang in there until it took effect,but bellergal never touched my clusters. the frustrating part was the doctor didn't want me to switch meds and wanted me to keep faith in the bellergal. What I did was put faith in another doctor.
If it's working for you,talk with your doc and stick with it.
