Great to hear you are better also. I feel so great now. This is my 3rd day, without even a 1. I felt so great the first day, I wanted to play golf. My guy has better sense than I do, because he said no. He didn't even want me to get out in that God Awful Heat again, but life must go on and I made it fine. Still am.
Nikki, I wouldn't even think of being brave enough to be out in the sun all day at a car race event. Good luck to you girl. Take you some of your Grape Juice and Ginger Ale. Might help. Couldn't hurt. I am still drinking it.
I do that trick with the water bottle for the golf course also.
