you probably should try on Verapamil.
I started to cluster last year, chronical from the beginning.
After being diagnosed with Cluster HA this year, I was given
Verapamil.
No side effects so far and I can do with a quite small dosis by now.
Some days I get an attack, some days I get a constant shadow, but
otherwise it is the Number One for me.
For the rare occasions, when I get an attack I keep my Imitrex injection
ready, since I have this feeling, that the attack is more forceful than getting
them on a daily basis, but this might as well be my imagination, because the breakes
between them are longer.
