I'd be more than happy to dispense general background information about situations to the extent that I have it... However, unlike medicine, law changes from state to state. Also, I'm a corporate lawyer: if anyone wants to take a company public or merge with AT&T, I can do it blindfolded, but in a courtroom, I'm about as useless as a general practitioner trying to diagnose a cluster.
I'm actually quite curious... Has anyone out here had any experience with CH and the Americans with Disabilities Act? It strikes me as a likely avenue of attack in the right case.
