Exactly how are you tapering off your Prednisone?
My doctor suggests going down to 1 pill of 20 mg
on 1 day, the same on the next day; then to no pill for 1 day, then
back to 1 pill of 20 mg for 1 day; then no pill; then
1 pill. That's a very slow taper.
