I would agree with you. I had some early cycle success with a over-the-counter drug, (nyquill caplets - no alcohol). These caplets contained acetametaphin and a anti-histamine. I agree that these only seem to help at the beginning and end of my cycle. Need stronger remedies in the middle of the cycle.
