I don't know what form you used it in, but Cafergot comes in a number of them.... Frequently the pill form is useless. I know it's unpleasant, but if you haven't tried it yet, see if the suppository form works. The effects go to work very quickly... use in conjunction with oxygen. The only problem with Cafergot, as with Imitrex, is dosage limitations. They are fairly strict as I recall because the stuff is dangerous.
