Dave and Todd,

My medical O2 regulator is a Victor MEDICAL Products,
with separate tank pressure and flow rate gauges. Tank
pressures to 4000 PSI, flow rate continuously adjustable
to 15 Lpm. Purchased used, but in excellent condition, $40.

My WELDER'S O2 regulator is a Victor (fancy that)
SR350D-540. Two gauges...tank pressure to 4000 PSI,
flow rate in PSI, continuous, Zero - 200 PSI. The low-pressure
outlet is fitted with a standard 9/16":18 thread (right hand-O2)
to barbed, 1/4" ID hose nipple. List: $150---Paid (new): $75.

Sorry, don't know what an "official" medical O2 regulator
rents for. But an E-tank, regulator, and cart is flat-rate,
$100/mo.---refills $10. During a cluster cycle, I use AT LEAST
one E-tank/week!

BTW: An aluminum E-tank sells for $99, but try to get it
refilled without going through the medical O2 dealer. You'll
get the damnedest run-around you ever heard about, "...the FDA this--
the FDA that." Don't even THINK about it!!!!

..d
