I just today received some samples of Imitrex (sumatriptan) nasal spray made by GlaxoWellcome, and they are a 20 mg dosage. I haven't tried them yet, so I can't say how effective the larger dosage is. So you may want to ask your doctor if he can perscribe a higher dosage.
