I think you guys are right about using an anti-histamine "sinus medicine" along with your cluster buster meds. I tried it with the idea, no matter how off base I may have been, that the pain is behind the eye in the sinus area so therefore a "sinus medicine" might be called for. I was on Sansert and the Sinutab really seemed to help the Sansert do it's job. It's strange how you can rationalize things like this when you're in extreme pain.
