Anyone out there that lives in Charleston, S.C.?
We go there quite a bit and have some business associates there. Peter and his wife take us to all these great places to eat (Peter was a Navy Seal and has 2 PHD's to his credit - really nice guy) anyway he is a conseur of food and wine. He always takes us to Carolina's in downtown Charleston. Fabulous place. This last time we were there the owner was there. Beautiful lady about my age. She made all her money writing up the credentials & crieteria for Clinical Research Programs. They are blind research programs with drug companies testing medicines for different illinesses. My sister and I just completed one for Irritable Bowel Syndrome here in Chattanooga. These Research Programs are held in cities all over the U.s. Not only did we get free meds, they paid us to have expensive tests, complete physical, hearing tests, EKGs, lab work and also paid us $315.00 just for participating. The one we were involved with was a year-long project. They called us both again and wanted to know if we wanted to be Ginny Pigs again and we both said yes. That $315.00 covered me a new set of tires for my truck.
This Post Sparked the Idea that Peter in Charleston might be willing to arrange for me to meet with the lady, (I met her, but can't remember her name to save me) and see if she would be willing to go for this project. She made her millions writing the blind test or protocals. After she made all her money, she purchased Carolina's because she loved the resturant so much. She and I talked about me being a part of a research program. She happened not to have written the particular one I was participating in. Worth a call to Peter and her to find out what we needed to do. I am sure we have several in our group that would be more than willing to be ginny pigs for Cluster Headaches.
I can't believe that there isn't a blind test being conducted right now, but then reality sets in and I'm back in the real world. We are just Clusterheads and no ones gives a flip about us. We are just a bunch of drug addicts getting high on oxygen and running around like a bunch of idiots head banging, screaming, crying like babies, paranoid another "headache" is coming on and dancing with something called the Demon or Monster. Wonder why no one takes us seriously....Just a little sick humor on my part. You all know I am one of you and you all are part of my life now too.
Anyway, anyone know the lady that owns Carolina's in Charleston?

Just an after thought. After the Post from Ted3, whomever he is, I reacted to his negative post and I am not sorry I did now. For a while I was sorry I let him get to me, not any more. Drummer, yesterday made a statement that since Ted3 and Rumplestilskin made their little snotty remarks, we wouldn't post for a while and maybe some that didn't post would start to post. I agreed, with the stipulation that I did not want a new comer that posted begging for help or so excited about finding this website to go unanswered. I want every new face that appears here for whatever reason to be answered. We are a loving family here with a lot to offer those out there that are affected in some form or another to Cluster Headaches.
So, as Claudette said, I do love to talk. The other night when there was a glitch in our website and we could not post, I really was in trouble because my hands were tied also. It just would never do for me to go to an Arab Country were women aren't suppose to talk because first of all they would cut out my tongue and then they would cut off my hands because I would find a way to talk with them, so I just need to stay in the U.S. where women can speak their minds.
So, that is my response to Ted3 and Rumplestiltskin or what ever, not his real name, just check out his address. DJDoc?????? Why be afraid to tell us who you really are?
