I may have said this in a response to another message, but it may be worth mentioning generally. I have worked four nights a fornight for the last year, and have not gone into my expected cluster this spring. Can the effect of constantly messing with my body clock have prevented the night time starts my CH usually favoured?
If so maybe people who are able should find some days they can regularly switch round , stay awake all night for a day or two, then go back to normal, and see if it breaks the patterns. I could help those whose CH seems to work with the time of day.
