Okeedokee...but I'd still like a "fresh" description,
after your next episode, if it's not inconvenient.

I love this MB, but sometimes I feel like we're
wasting a valuable resource by rehashing all the old,
tried and not-so-true recipes, and not looking more
deeply into the vast store of experience that our members
possess.

Sure...two CHers will interpret their experiences
differently! But a larger sample of reports will
eventually present a usable profile, which may actually
augment our factual knowledge of the Beast.

Consider that BOTH you and Nancy have experienced
a similar symptom, one usually associated with "optic
migraine." Yet, have either of you ever had a "frank
migraine?" Hmmmmm!

If speculation on optic migraine is even near correct,
the origin may be vasoconstriction of retinal vessels.
And it occurs BILATERALLY, though CH is rarely bilateral.
And, retinal circulation is "pre-cranial," which may
suggest that vasoconstriction begins at the carotid level,
below the skull.

See where this is going? Well, I'm not sure I do, either.
But I'd rather accumulate data that didn't lead to
a FIRM conclusion, than to accumulate NO data, at all.

Thanks for being patient with me........d
