I am a Cluster Sufferer now for 18 years, My cluster periods usually come with the change of seasons, ie: hot to cool and vice versa.
I was graciously granted a stay fo sorts for the past 1 1/2 years, I though for sure that these things were finially outa my life.
WRONG......
Last week They hit me again., Like a ton of bricks, seems like the layoff just gave them time to increase intensity. Dr. says I just don't remember how they hurt before. (Yea right, like I will ever forget)/
The reason for my post is...My clusters usually lasted around 2 months, with attacks about every 12 hours, almost like clockwork. This period is acting somewhat different, Friday was my first of this period, had a 30 attack, 6 hours later another 30 minute attack, Saturday I got another, It is now monday and I am still dealing with saturdays headache,Just as I feel like I am getting rid of it, It comes back like gangbusters.
In 18 years I thought I knew all there was to know about this Beast, But Once again it Humbled me.
Thanks for the great page, It helps,but also saddens me to know that there are others , JUST LIKE ME
