1mg instead of 2mg. worked for me and stopped the majority of nausea. Some ergotamine preperations also have caffein, not sure how that might effect the nasea but seems to help stop the headache. Also some have pentobarbital in small amounts (PB preperations). That definately helps curb the nausea and helps relax the smooth muscle in the veins. Wishing pain free days for all, Rich
