Hi, I sought relief prior to diagnosis from a reputable chiropractor. He took x-rays and said "Aha, your cervical bones in your neck are out of alignment" I had had brain surgery months earlier. He said that because my surgery was 9 hours and held in an awkward posistion the bones were now misaligned.. He told me that weekly therapy would cure it and I'd be back to work in no time. I was so happy, cried alot over the thought of getting my life back.. I got skeptical after many treatments with no relief. I took the x-rays to an Orthopedic surgeon for consult, he also took his own films and concluded that that the bones in my neck were in perfect alignment. Needless to saw I did'nt return..That was my experience..You may want to consider trying it as we all seen to respond to diffrent things.
