My cluster is also on the right side.
About the sinus headache, I have been diagnoised with sarcoid in my sinuses.
That contribute to most of my sinus head aches
But believe me, you are right. There are two of them.
Thank you for mentioning this. Most of the time the doctors
seem to ignore that statement
