It's worth a try even if it only helps to relieve the severity. During a cycle, we also tend to be "on edge" emotionally, and chiropractic and/or massage can help with that.

I had an injury to my back prior to the age that the bones begin to harden up, which in most people is around the age of three-to-four. When it periodically goes out of alignment, a quick trip to the chiropractor puts it back in place. Then I can breathe again. It can help tremendously, as it often does for many people who've had traumatic injuries such as car wrecks. I don't think you can expect it to get to the root cause of the CH problem, but you may find yourself better able to deal with the CH grind.

There's also the task of finding a good DC in your area. Just like GP's and neurologists, some are better than others.
