Hope you don't mind a man answering about this, but my wife just went and saw an OB/GYN, and for the clusters, he recommended Depro-Provera. He stated that it helps with menstrual migraines, and that he had heard of it helping clusters also. We are probably going to try it soon. You can start with the pill form, and if it works, get the injection that lasts about 3 months.
