I to use a form of Prednisone call Medrol or Methylprednislolone. The first time I used these I felt the same as you. As many cycles have passed since I first started and as well my dosage has increased, I have become rather use to the side effects. They are much less painful than the attacks. Hunger is the worst, drink lots of water,it will curb your appetite some and so will eating sunflower seeds. Water is gonna make the urinal more frequented but it's better than gaining weight. The hot flashes are only occasional with me and not bothersome. Coming off steroids too quick is not a good thing. Gradual is most definitely mo betta.
