Years ago I thought I was the only one in the world with these kind of headaches. I had never met and still have not met any one with CHs.
This site lets us relate and compare our illness with fellow suffers who understand. Even though Iam not in a cycle right now I still scan this site regulary. I don't know what it will take to make the medical profession a little more sensitive to our needs. I have been on the phone with my Doctors nurse with a real ass kicker of a headaches and she says I will let the doctor know. I have been in the doctors office and told him a headache is coming on and I need a shot of imatrix and he takes 30 minutes, by that time I'am ready to climb the walls. Before they had imatrix you would go to the ER and they would treat you like a drug user. But I do have to say since they came out with imatrix that is a big step forward. Have a nice day.
