Historically I've taken Sansert with the same results and during breakthrus I took Tylenol #4 or went to hospital for severe attacks. this cycle I'm on Imitrex injections which work far better for me. Imitrex used to abort attacks when you feel them coming on.....it seems to be helped with lidocaine drops and oxygen too.
The reason they usually don't give Imitrex and Sansert is that they're from the same family of drugs and you can "overdose".
