I just returned home after being out on calls all day. It is at least 96+ today in North Georgia. I really thought I would melt before I got back home to stay.

First thing I did was fill my bird bath with fresh water and also fill it up with ice. The birds love to find the ice. Also my hummingbirds love the cool water in their feeders.

I can sit and relax in my cool house and watch them as I read the posts of the day. Wonderful not to be in a series now, but finding something that helps me relax during my series helps me and may help you also.

Try to find something that will take your mind off the pain. I just happen to like to watch the hummingbirds. I love to watch the birds take a bath in ice water and of course my pet squirell (PeePod). Now that she knows I am home, she will show up and want her daily extra crunchy peanut butter on a cracker or vanilla waffer.

Claudette is going to try and pull up the feeling of having a pedicure with her legs & feet being massaged when she is experiencing a bad CH.

What about you, can you think or do something relaxing to take the stress of a CH away?

A Dame
