Good to have you back, glad to hear their not back in full force. I've been on the Lithium for about 8 - 9 weeks now. Started at 300mg, which worked after 7 days. But had to up it to 600mg two weeks after that, because it just quit working. 600mg is doing just fine, although I feel very sluggish and have a very hard time sleeping. I tapered back to 300mg about two weeks ago, to see what would happen. After a week of 300 the shadows started, after 3 days in a row, each day being a bit stronger, I went back to 600. Think I'll stay right here for a few weeks. These mild side effects are much more desirable than the alternative.
