Gosh that sounds like of lot of Mag you drinking. I think they make pills that will give ya more Mag. I'm a leftie too for 5+ years and just this cycle my doctor increased my steroid (Medrol) and Verelan dosages.
Enjoy the 20 minutes after the attack is over, there is some positive there. And we sho-nuff got to love our wives and kids for puttin up with us, they are great aren't they! It's a good thing! I was surprised at the number of spouses being so supportive. Helps me understand their pain at times.
