Hi Susan,

I also get pain across my cheek bone (on for me the right, cluster side) to my right nostril.

That sort of pain occurs for me at two different stages of a cycle. Occasionaly at the height of a cluster attack, coinciding with the screaming head pain, runny nostril, light sensitivity etc and often marks the end of really bad attack.

The other time is every now and then in fairly mild form as part of one of the variable symptoms of the cluster shadow. For example, I got a sensation in my cheek bone on the way home from the office today. I say sensation because it is way to mild to be described as pain. As I type this, the sensation is in my forehead(right side). These sensations move around and keep me "company". Just nature's little way of reminding me that this cycle is not completely over yet.

Bye for now

Laurence
