As to your question, I'm afraid I'm not going to be much help. Sometimes mine are like Chana and Margeret-less frequent, more intense, some combo of the two.
This last cycle just ended. No indications. Then it came back (twice now), totally out of character. The demon has a twisted sense of humor.
