When I'm in a cycle, any taste of alcohol will bring on a h/a withing 15 minutes. I figured this out long before I knew about the trigger. I'm really a very light social drinker at all times, but I won't go near alcohol during a cycle. When I'm not in a cycle, I can have anything with impunity.
