Ever cluster sets up it's own schedule with me. In lots of them I get HAs during the day, particularly when I get home from work or shortly after eating dinner. My last cluster is the only one that definately took the 1-1/2 hours after falling asleep schedule (and I've been at it for 30 years). Luckily it was usually the only one I was getting each day.
