I don't know much about pot, but I (and all of you) have been told uncountable times that smoking tobacco is the cause of every evil in the world; it probably also caused the tornado over Salt Lake City yesterday. Being so, the first thing (almost) every doctor will tell you is: "quit smoking!"
If smoking is the cause of my clusters, it took 40 years to kick in. And if quitting smoking would cause the demon to quit me, it would take at least as long, and I really don't care (yet) if I will still have CH at age 115.
Before I knew about O2, I used to measure the length of an attack by the number of cigarillos I smoked during the dance. If not for anything else, it helped pass the time. But, for other reasons, it is surely advisable not to smoke WHILE snorting O2. However, as soon I've closed the valve, I light my next cigarillo.
Sure, for some people smoke is a trigger, but others have other triggers and IMHO there is hardly an other connection between CH and smoking.
Just my 2 cents.
