Jeremy, I am sorry to hear about all the difficult times you are encountering. Imitrex nasal spray has NEVER been of benefit to me....only the injectable form. Unfortunately, it is quite expensive also. Find a good neuro or HA physician for guidance. Please be careful with those extremely high doses of Valium....that enough for some folks to stop breathing!
