I'm currently in a cluster that has been with me since early July. Usually when one comes around, I start prednisone, get armed with o2 and imitrex, and expect only 4-6 CHs before the attack abates. This time, the usual aids are not working... and instead of merely going away, the worst of the attacks let up but stay there, ever present. Don't know if they're getting ready to go away or return. It souns as if many of us are experiencing very different bouts this time, in intensity, duration, or "personality" of the bout. And of course, if you are anything like me--and I know you are in at least one respect--you wonder about everything under the sun (including the sun/eclipse) that you may have done or not done that is making this one different. I don't know...maybe I shouldn't have trimmed my toenails so short last July...?
You guys are all great. Best wishes.
