I have used the chat often without problem. It is rare to find more than 2 or 3 people,and they 90% of the time are talking about potential aids, common issues, drugs and interactions--all without the "clique" stuff on the message board. It also is empty most of the time.
A great resource for "right now info", but not used much-unless people are in private rooms.
