You might look into the following:
--Imitrex injections rather than spray.
--If Prednisone is not doing the trick, try
Verapamil as a preventive.
--Try Ritalin (20 mg pill in the morning as a
preventive; in addition, a 10 mg pill as an
abortive. This is a new theraps, though
Ritalin is NOT a new drug) Contact Dr. Mellick, whose posting
appears on the message board, for more info.
--Try oxygen as an abortive (inhale a 7 liter
flow for 15 minutes).
