Alley-
If the person's name is in BLUE at the header of their message (NOT on the board, but after you open the message), just click on the blue name and you're email agent should open with her/his email addy auto-inserted. You can then send mail and also write down (old fashioned paper and pencil till you get the hang of things) or, depending on your email agent, automatically save the addy to your address book.
