My grandkids know about my pain. There is pain in life and the way I cope with it hopefully will show them that you can get thru anything.
By telling them it also gave them a chance to show love and caring, for one day they both made a big picture at school just for me! A big picture of them with a smile. I hung it in the bedroom where I could see if during and after an attack. I couldn't tell you how much it meant to me to see the pictures and they learned to show caring for others!
