I haven't tried the acupuncture for CH, but I have used chiropractic for years and have gotten some definite relief, although no cure. With the herbs, I have been using "Ultimate Cleanse" which is put out by "Nature's Secret", (Available at GNC)and consists of a Multi-Fiber caplet and a Multi-Herb caplet taken in combination, twice a day. After the third day on that regimen, the shadows stopped abruptly, and I've been pain-free since. I'm continuing with it until it's used up. I'd have to say that my successful results would have to be seen as inconclusive at this point, however I was very surprised at how suddenly the pain stopped. I'm one who usually has the shadows lingering, and ramping down more gradually than that.
Also you might want to give a try to Margi's water, water, water treatment. I also noticed a marked reduction in severity with it, and I wish more people would take a serious look at it.
