Back in 1994, I had a two week period of a lingering CH. But IT never became full blown. Caffeine Helped and I did get some rebounds. It was intense enough to disable me from my job. When I first started Verapamil SR at 180 mgs I would have a 4 or 5 on the kip scale. Doubling the dosage knocked them out completely.
